| Join us as we gather for some good-old-boy southern cooking (prepared by Chefs Dave and Shane) and Christian fellowship. Bring a guest and enjoy the fellowship. We always invite the men's community from area churches to join us at this event. | |

| 10:00am | Shut-in Monthly Visitation |
| Each month, members of our church visit our shut-in members who are unable to attend on a regular basis. It's a way to share Jesus' love and to fellowship and share with our members. | |

| 11:00am | Single Combined Traditional Service with Pre-Easter Family Meal |
| We combine our services today into a single 11 a.m. traditional service following our 10 a.m. Sunday School and then follow our service with our annual family Easter meal in the Newman Fellowship Hall. Come and enjoy the fellowship following the worship service. | |

| Our church ladies and their guests meet monthly at Shoneys, Route 3, for a time of food and fellowship and always have an interesting guest speaker. Contact Betty Harrington at the church to make reservations. Shoney's Saturday breakfast buffet is $7.59 + drink. | |

| Immanuel Bible Church | |
| "The Victory - Worth the Cost" is this years theme as we travel to Springfield, Virginia, to see the Immanuel Bible Church presentation. What is the price for following Jesus and is it worth the cost? These questions are explored in the 2010 Easter pageant presented by Immanuel Bible Church. Join the journey of a political ruler, two of Jesus' disciples, and some religious leaders as their lives intersect with the life of Jesus. Walk with them through the weeks leading up to the crucifixion and be challenged by their choices. Presented by a cast of over one hundred with a full orchestra, "The Victory: Worth the Cost" will be a memorable evening of drama and music for all who attend. | Please stop by the Newman Fellowship Hall after each service for cake and coffee as we honor those who celebrated birthdays and anniversaries in the month of March. Everyone come and celebrate! | |

| On this special holy day, our choir and children will bring a special message in music which will be followed by a devotional message from Pastor Joe. Come and be blessed at this very special worship service which follows our 10 a.m. Sunday School period. There will be a short,scheduled special congregational meeting following this service. | |

| Join us in the Newman Fellowship Hall as we remember this significant time during the Holy Week through a message, music and communion. Nursery services will be provided during this event | |

| 11:00am | Annual Children's Easter Egg Hunt |
| Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held from 11 am to 12 noon. Bring a basket because our hiding places will be full of surprises! Individuals who wish to donate eggs with goodies inside should bring them in advance of the hunt. Age groups for easter egg hunt are 0-5 and 6-10. | As we celebrate Christ's resurrection on Easter Sunday, we will use our Praise Band with our Adult choir to lead the music portion of our service. Bring your family on this Resurrection Celebration for our Savior! All age Sunday School classes will be held at 10 a.m. | |

| The Elders of First Christian gather together to seek God's guidance in the oversight of congregational matters and conduct a review of their studies. | |

| Available ladies of the church gather for a meeting with lesson and devotionals. They also plan for future activities to support missions of the community and events at the church. | |
